This notice explains how Onetime Productions Limited ("we", "us") handles personal data submitted through www.onetimeproductionsltd.com, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your company or artist name, phone number, budget range, target dates and project description. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals or an NDA you ask for, and take steps towards a contract at your request. Our lawful bases are your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who processes it

Enquiries pass through our website host, Vercel Inc., and are delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend. Both process data on servers outside Nigeria, and we rely on the safeguards permitted under the NDPA for this transfer. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, or for longer where they lead to a production agreement and we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, or withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
